Give your pet a little extra care during sunny outings and bath time with a kit that pairs natural sunscreen with a multi-use ear cap and reusable cotton pads. The sunscreen was formulated for hairless pets, and can also be used on lightly haired pets or low-hair areas such as the nose, ears and belly.

Use the cap to help keep water and soap out of your pet’s ears during a bath, then bring it along with sunscreen for outdoor time. The cotton pads are handy for quick eye, ear or nail clean-ups.

• Natural sunscreen: Made with organic beeswax, shea butter, red raspberry seed oil, carrot seed oil, coconut oil, vitamin E oil, olive oil and fractionated coconut oil.
• No zinc oxide or titanium: The sunscreen contains neither ingredient; it has no standard SPF rating, though the product description reports human trials comparable to SPF 30–35 sunscreen.
• Multi-use cap: Mid-weight, four-way-stretch Lycra offers a water-resistant barrier for bath time, helps catch splashes during ear cleaning, and blocks 50% of UV rays.
• Choose a size: The cap comes in green or yellow; handmade in the USA.
• Reusable cotton pads: Includes 10 pads made from 100% organic cotton and a machine-safe wash bag.
• Care and use: Apply sunscreen liberally to exposed skin 15 minutes before sun exposure and rub in thoroughly. Its protection lasts up to one hour depending on conditions; limit sun exposure to 30 minutes. Wash pads on a gentle cycle without bleach; the cap is machine washable and chlorine-bleach safe.

• Small: For pets weighing 3–6 lb; 3 in long × 4.5 in wide.
• Medium: For pets weighing 7–15 lb; 4.5 in long × 6.25 in wide.
• Large: For pets weighing 16–50 lb; 6 in long × 7.75 in wide.

The sunscreen may firm up in cool temperatures; warm a small amount between your fingers before applying. Patch-test new products and wait 24 hours; discontinue use and contact your veterinarian if redness or irritation occurs.
